What exactly is confirmation?

The confirmation is the official summary of your purchase. It generally arrives by e-mail, just after payment, and remains viewable in your account on the platform. It contains your order number, the details of your tickets (date, location, category, quantity) and the amount paid. This is the document to keep: it serves as a starting point for all your possible steps.

Find your confirmation

  1. 1

    Open your email box

Look for a message received shortly after your purchase. The name of the ticket office or event is often in the subject line.

  2. 2

    Check spam

Confirmations sometimes end up in spam or promotions. Consider taking a look.

  3. 3

    Log in to your account

On the platform, the “My orders” or “My tickets” section brings together your recent purchases.

  4. 4

    Open the order details

There you will find the complete summary and, most often, your tickets to download.

What to check on your confirmation

  • The name of the event and the date of the performance.
  • The place (room, city) indicated on the tickets.
  • The category or the reserved location.
  • The number of tickets ordered.
  • The 'T0' total amount 'T1' paid and the 'T2' order number 'T3'.

Get an invoice

The confirmation and the invoice are not always the same document. The confirmation proves the purchase; the invoice is detailed proof, sometimes useful for reimbursement by an employer or accounting department. On many platforms, an invoice can be downloaded from your account, in the order details or a dedicated tab. If you cannot find it, the methods for obtaining it are generally specified in the customer area or can be requested from support.

Confirmation or invoice: what’s the difference?

DocumentWhat is it forWhere to usually find it
ConfirmationProve that the order is registeredEmail received after purchase and customer account
E-ticketEnter the eventEmail attachment or “My tickets” section
BillDetailed proof of paymentCustomer area, order details or on request

Titles and locations may vary from one ticket office to another.

What if confirmation doesn't arrive?

If no email appears after a reasonable amount of time, do not reorder straight away. First check your spam and your account on the platform: the order often appears there even without an email. If nothing appears anywhere, contact the ticket office with your payment information (date, amount, email used). Our help section details this situation step by step.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to receive confirmation?
Typically, the confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of payment. A slight delay is possible depending on the platform. If nothing happens, check your spam and your account before taking any further action.
Does the confirmation serve as a ticket to enter?
Not always. The confirmation proves the purchase, but entry is made with the e-ticket, which may be a separate document. Make sure you have the ticket itself, as an attachment or in your account.
How do I get an invoice if I haven't received one?
First look in your customer area, often in the order details or a dedicated tab. If the invoice is not there, you can request it from the ticket office, indicating your order number.
I lost my confirmation email, what should I do?
Log in to your account on the platform: your order is generally stored there, with the possibility of re-downloading the tickets. Otherwise, contact support with the email used and the date of purchase.
