Add your ticket to Wallet (Apple/Google)
The Wallet is the digital card holder already installed on your phone: Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android. Storing your ticket there allows you to find it in a single gesture on the big day, without digging through your emails, and even without a connection. Good news: the addition is done in a few seconds when the option is offered. We show you how, step by step, on both types of phone.
Why add your ticket to the Wallet
The Wallet brings together your cards and tickets in one place, in a native phone application. Once the ticket has been added, you open it with a gesture from the locked screen, its QR code is displayed by itself , and it remains accessible even without a network . This is one of the most stress-free ways to present your e-ticket at the entrance, without depending on your email box or a sometimes capricious connection in a queue.
On iPhone (Apple Wallet)
- 1
Open the post on your iPhone
From the confirmation email or your customer area, open the ticket directly on the phone, and not on a computer.
- 2
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
Look for the dedicated black button. It can be found on the PDF, on the ticket page or in the confirmation message.
- 3
Check then validate the addition
A preview of the map is displayed with the event name, date, and placement. Tap “Add” at the top right.
- 4

The ticket now appears in the Wallet app. You can open it with a gesture on the big day, even offline.
On Android (Google Wallet)

- 4

Good reflexes once the ticket has been added
- Open the 'T0' ticket once before the 'T1' day to check that it is displayed correctly.
- Check the event name, date and time shown on the map.
- However, keep the original PDF aside, for safety.
- At the entrance, 'T0' turn up the brightness 'T1' for a quick scan of the QR code.
